We are hiring Life Insurance Bancassurance professionals in Ahmedabad for Relationship Manager and Sales positions.

Bancassurance Relationship Manager / Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Life Insurance products through the Bancassurance channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch teams.
• Generate Life Insurance business through bank customers and leads.
• Work closely with Branch Managers and Bank Relationship Managers.
• Achieve monthly premium and business targets.
• Conduct customer meetings and explain suitable Life Insurance solutions.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure smooth policy processing.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred.
• 1+ year experience in Life Insurance / Bancassurance / Insurance Sales preferred.
• Candidates from Life Insurance Banca, Agency or Direct channels may be considered depending on the opening.
• Good communication and sales skills.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused.
• Local Surat candidates preferred.
