- Senior Officer: ₹3.14 LPA

- Associate Manager: ₹3.14 – ₹3.50 LPA

Job Description:

A leading life insurance company is hiring for its Direct Channel in Ahmedabad and Surat. This is a field sales role. You will meet customers in person and help them with life insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Field sales and customer meetings

- Make a minimum of 3 customer contacts every day

- Build a network of prospects and convert leads into policies

- Provide good after-sales service and maintain customer relationships

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any stream

- Age: up to 28 years

- Two-wheeler or own vehicle is mandatory

- Good communication skills and a willingness to do field work

Preferred Candidates:

- 6 months or more of life insurance experience is preferred

- Candidates with IMF / IM channel experience can also be considered
