₹4.00 LPA to ₹5.50 LPA
CTC will depend on relevant experience and interview performance.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Life Insurance experience is Mandatory.

• Candidates with prior experience in Life Insurance Sales / Bancassurance / Banking Insurance Sales preferred.

• Graduation is Mandatory.

• Maximum Age: 30 Years

• Good communication and customer relationship skills.

• Strong sales and target-oriented approach.

• Ability to generate business through banking customers and branch relationships.

• Immediate Joiners will be preferred.

• Candidates with relevant experience in Life Insurance will be given priority.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Generate Life Insurance business through the assigned bank branch.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff.

• Generate leads and convert bank customers into Life Insurance customers.

• Achieve monthly premium and business targets.

• Conduct customer meetings and explain suitable Life Insurance products.

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales.

• Maintain strong coordination with the bank team and ensure excellent customer service.
