Job Description

We are hiring experienced Life Insurance Sales professionals for the Broker Channel. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving Life Insurance business through customer acquisition, relationship management, and effective sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and achieve Life Insurance sales targets through the broker channel.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Life Insurance products.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance.

• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and quality of business.

• Achieve monthly and annual business targets as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Graduation is mandatory.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance sales.

• Candidates must have experience in Banca, Direct, or Agency Channel.

• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-management skills.

• Good knowledge of Life Insurance products and sales processes.

• Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales environment.

Preferred Experience

Banca Channel | Direct Channel | Agency Channel – Life Insurance

₹4.00 – ₹5.00 LPA + applicable incentives/benefits
