• Drive Life Insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
• Build relationships with bank staff and customers.
• Generate business from branch leads and customer references.
• Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
• Achieve monthly business and premium targets.
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred.
• 1+ year experience in Life Insurance/Bancassurance preferred.
• Good sales and communication skills.
• Strong relationship-management ability.
• Target-oriented approach.
• Local Vadodara candidates preferred.
