• Manage relationships with empanelled state and national-level brokers, fostering strong partnerships.
• Identify and onboard new brokers to expand the distribution network.
• Provide brokers with necessary product training, marketing materials, and sales support.
• Monitor broker performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies within the broker channel.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales or business development within the life insurance industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with distribution partners.
• Strong understanding of the life insurance product landscape and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
