🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Life Insurance, General Insurance or Banking.

• Experience in Open Market Sales / Field Sales is preferred.

• Strong experience in customer acquisition and business development.

• Good communication and relationship-building skills.

• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales activities.

• Candidates with experience in Insurance Sales, Direct Sales, CASA or Banking Sales can be considered.

• Graduate candidates preferred.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through open market and field sales.

• Identify and develop new customer leads and prospects.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales and premium targets.

• Conduct customer meetings and explain suitable insurance products.

• Generate referrals and develop a strong sales pipeline.

• Ensure regular follow-up and conversion of leads.

• Maintain proper sales reports and achieve business objectives.
