Business Development Manager - Agency Channel

Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to recruit, train, and motivate a team of insurance advisors. • Drive sales performance within the agency channel, ensuring achievement of business objectives. • Foster strong relationships with insurance advisors to support their professional development and sales activities. • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential growth areas for the agency channel. • Manage the end-to-end sales process for insurance policies through the agency network. • Provide ongoing coaching and support to advisors to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies within the agency channel. Requirements: • Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized institution. • Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the insurance sector. • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and manage a sales team. • Strong understanding of the insurance policy sales process. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive environment.
