Position: Relationship Manager / Sales Officer – Bancassurance Channel

💰 CTC 

• BFSI / CASA / General Insurance: Up to ₹3.50 LPA

• Life Insurance Experience: Up to ₹4.00 LPA

• Plus: Incentives as per company policy

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned banking partners.

• Generate Life Insurance business through the bank's customer base.

• Drive sales through customer meetings, leads, referrals and cross-selling.

• Achieve monthly business and premium targets.

• Coordinate with bank staff and maintain strong relationships with branch teams.

• Provide proper customer service and follow-up throughout the sales process.

🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduation is Mandatory.

• Candidates with experience in Life Insurance, CASA, General Insurance or BFSI Sales preferred.

• Bancassurance / Banking Sales / Relationship Management experience will be highly preferred.

• Good communication, customer handling and sales skills.

• Strong target-oriented approach.

• Candidates from Kutch / Bhuj / Baroi / Bhachau will be preferred.
