An AI agent platform purpose-built for one of the most difficult enterprise software ecosystems to build on, a system used by the large majority of Fortune 500 companies for finance, procurement, and supply chain, where off-the-shelf AI coding tools don't work out of the box. The company is well-funded and backed by notable institutional investors.

About the Role

Own products end to end on top of the company's platform: backend services, enterprise integrations, customer-facing apps, plus agent reliability work including evaluation frameworks and feedback loops on real customer workloads. Within months, you'll be generating and driving product ideas, not just executing against a backlog. Development here is extremely AI-native.

What You'll Own

• Generating and driving product ideas within your first few months, not just executing a backlog

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 8 years of experience
• A real zero-to-one product track record with some success; a founder background is ideal for this seat specifically
• Strong end-to-end product engineering: comfortable on the backend and able to figure out UI, shipping production systems in Python, JavaScript/React, and Go
• Genuine product sense, generating ideas rather than only executing against a spec
• Solid cloud and infrastructure experience, including real AWS and infrastructure-as-code comfort, with informed opinions on agent design and frontier coding models
• Comfort with ambiguity and a first-principles approach to problem solving
• A track record of building something that actually succeeded, not just a generic product with no evidence it gained real traction
  
  

Logistics

New York City, in office five days a week (9-9-5). Compensation is $200K to $400K base plus equity. Visa sponsorship is available.
