Job Description

Bandhan Bank Bancassurance hiring in Anand for CAM / Sr. CAM position.

The candidate will be responsible for generating Life Insurance business through the Bancassurance channel and building strong relationships with the bank team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Life Insurance business through assigned bank branches.
• Build relationships with Branch Managers and Relationship Managers.
• Generate and convert customer leads.
• Conduct customer meetings.
• Explain Life Insurance products according to customer needs.
• Achieve monthly sales and premium targets.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
• Ensure proper documentation and policy processing.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred.
• Relevant Life Insurance / Bancassurance / Banking Sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented.
• Strong relationship-building ability.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
