We are hiring a Senior CAM for Bancassurance positions in Gujarat.

The candidate will be responsible for generating Life Insurance business through the assigned cooperative bank branch, developing relationships with banking teams and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Life Insurance business through the Bancassurance channel.
• Build strong relationships with bank branch staff.
• Work closely with Branch Managers and Relationship Managers.
• Generate leads from bank customers.
• Conduct customer meetings and explain suitable insurance solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and premium targets.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure timely documentation and policy processing.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred.
• Experience in Life Insurance / Bancassurance / Banking Sales preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good sales and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented.
• Candidates with local market knowledge preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
