Job Description

RBL BANK Bancassurance hiring in Surat for CAM / Sr. CAM position.

The candidate will be responsible for generating Life Insurance business through the banking channel and maintaining strong relationships with bank teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Life Insurance business through assigned bank branches.
• Build relationships with Branch Managers and bank sales teams.
• Generate leads from bank customers.
• Conduct customer meetings and insurance presentations.
• Achieve monthly business and premium targets.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure smooth policy processing and documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred.
• Experience in Life Insurance / Bancassurance / Banking Sales preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales orientation.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
