💼 Position

Relationship Manager / Sales Officer / Branch Sales Executive

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Generate new customers through field sales, references, leads and market visits.

• Sell banking products such as CASA, Savings Account, Current Account, FD, Credit Cards, Loans and Insurance.

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.

• Achieve monthly sales and business targets assigned by the bank.

• Cross-sell and up-sell relevant banking and financial products.

• Conduct customer meetings, follow-ups and documentation as per bank process.

• Maintain regular interaction with customers and ensure a high level of service.

• Coordinate with branch and internal teams for smooth processing of customer applications.

👤 Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate preferred.

• Experience: 6 months–5 years in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services / Insurance / Retail Sales.

• Candidates with CASA, banking sales, loan, credit card, insurance or financial product sales experience can be considered.

• Good communication, convincing and relationship-management skills.

• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.

• Local candidates with good knowledge of the respective market will be preferred.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field-sales roles.
