Job Description

We are hiring CAM / Sr. CAM professionals for Bancassurance in Surat with IDFC FIRST Bank.

The candidate will be responsible for generating Life Insurance business through the assigned bank branch and developing strong relationships with banking teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Life Insurance sales through the Bancassurance channel.
• Work closely with bank branch teams for lead generation.
• Build relationships with Branch Managers and Relationship Managers.
• Generate and convert customer leads.
• Achieve monthly premium and business targets.
• Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely policy processing.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide service support.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred.
• Relevant experience in Life Insurance / Bancassurance / Banking Sales preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Good customer-handling ability.
• Comfortable working with sales targets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
