YES BANK Bancassurance hiring in Vadodara for CAM / Sr. CAM positions.

The role involves working with bank branches to generate Life Insurance business, manage customer relationships and achieve assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Life Insurance business through the bank branch.
• Develop strong relationships with bank employees.
• Work with Branch Managers and Relationship Managers to generate leads.
• Meet customers and understand their insurance requirements.
• Explain suitable Life Insurance products.
• Achieve monthly sales and premium targets.
• Follow up with prospects and customers.
• Ensure proper documentation and policy processing.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred.
• Experience in Life Insurance / Bancassurance / Banking Sales preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented approach.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
