Job Description

IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring for Bancassurance positions in Godhra.

We are looking for candidates with experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, Banking Sales or Financial Services Sales for the CAM / Sr. CAM position.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Life Insurance business through the assigned bank branch.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff.
• Generate leads from bank customers and convert them into Life Insurance business.
• Work closely with Branch Managers and Relationship Managers.
• Explain suitable Life Insurance products to customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and premium targets.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and follow-ups.
• Ensure proper documentation and smooth policy processing.
• Maintain strong relationships with the bank and customers.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred.
• Experience in Life Insurance / Bancassurance / Banking / Financial Services Sales preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused.
• Candidates with local market knowledge will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
