Job Description

We are hiring a CAM / Sr. CAM for Bancassurance in Surat.

The candidate will be responsible for developing Life Insurance business through banking relationships and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Life Insurance business through the Bancassurance channel.
• Work with bank branch staff to generate customer leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with banking partners.
• Meet customers and identify insurance requirements.
• Explain Life Insurance products and benefits.
• Convert leads into business.
• Achieve monthly sales and premium targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers.
• Ensure timely documentation and policy issuance.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred.
• Relevant Life Insurance / Bancassurance / Banking Sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and sales skills.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Target-oriented.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
