We are seeking an experienced Associate Branch Manager to lead our agency channel sales for health insurance products. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a network of insurance agents to drive health insurance sales.
• Provide training and ongoing support to the agency team to enhance their sales capabilities.
• Set sales targets and monitor performance to ensure achievement of business objectives.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in the BFSI sector.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the insurance or sales industry, with a focus on health insurance.
• Demonstrated experience in sales leadership or management roles.
• Familiarity with the BFSI sector, including concepts like CASA and general insurance.
• Strong understanding of field sales operations and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
