About the Company
A recently funded blockchain infrastructure company setting the standard for how regulated blockchain applications enforce transaction rules at the smart contract layer. The platform lets teams create modular, programmable policies, such as compliance checks or offchain collateral requirements, that get verified before a transaction executes onchain, with cryptographic guarantees behind the risk management.
About the Role
Lead development of the developer platform, meaning the dashboard, SDK, and API infrastructure that makes the protocol accessible to developers. Go on the backend, a modern frontend on top. No prior crypto experience required.
What You'll Own
- Technical direction of the developer platform: dashboard, SDK, and API infrastructure
- Production Go backend services
- Polished frontend experiences built in React and Next.js
- Visualization tools for monitoring policy enforcement and network activity
- Close collaboration with protocol engineers on developer-friendly abstractions and documentation
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience, operating at a staff level
- Production Golang experience. This is a hard requirement.
- Strong frontend skills with modern frameworks (React, Next.js)
- Solid experience with backend services, databases, systems design, and cloud infrastructure
- Bonus: AWS or Kubernetes familiarity, Web3 or crypto experience (explicitly not required), or exposure to compliance, dev tools, or security domains
Logistics
Fully remote, open to candidates anywhere in the Americas or Europe, with one condition: full EST-hours overlap is required (for candidates in Europe, that means working roughly 3pm to 11pm local time).
