An AI-powered fintech platform that has serviced over $20 billion in debt and engaged more than 20 million consumers, operating far more efficiently than traditional approaches in its space.

About the Role

You'll apply once and work with the team to find where your skills and interests make the biggest impact, across areas like borrower communication platforms, borrower-facing product experiences, and compliance and money-operations systems. Senior engineers here are backend-leaning but comfortable across the full stack, owning product outcomes and mentoring others.

Two current openings of particular interest:

• Consumer Conversation: experience with LLMs or building AI agents in any capacity
• Client Experience: experience with data integrations or client-facing technical work

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Comfort with Python, React, Postgres, and AWS (willing to teach the specifics)
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade systems at scale
• A computer science degree
• Strong written communication — the engineering culture is writing-first
• Genuinely full-stack range, not a pure backend profile
• Bonus: concrete AI or LLM work shipped in production where the model is core to the feature, not just an IDE assistant; a clear "spike" in your background (a side venture, founding project, rapid promotion, or other evidence of ambition)

Logistics

Open to relocation for strong candidates, with a expected move within 60 days. Visa transfers considered case by case; new sponsorship not offered by default.
