About the Company

A fast-growing AI platform serving in-house legal teams at over 1,800 companies, backed by a recent nine-figure Series B round. This is an urgent addition to a small, overextended growth engineering team.

About the Role

A classic growth engineering seat combining strong full-stack or front-end skills with real experimentation experience. You'll own sign-up, onboarding, and conversion funnels for buyers ranging from late-stage tech companies to large enterprises.

What You'll Own

• Ship user-facing growth features across sign-up, onboarding, and conversion funnels
• Run structured A/B tests and experimentation programs end to end
• Build systems that engage prospective users across relevant online channels
• Build analytics dashboards tracking user behavior and growth metrics
• Support sales and marketing operations with tracking and internal tooling

What We're Looking For

• Strong full-stack or front-end engineering experience from a prosumer or consumer product company, including at least one core-team role at an early-stage company
• A track record of specific, named experiments: the hypothesis, the variant shipped, and the metric moved. Listing "A/B testing" as a skill with no examples is not enough.
• Confidence with SQL for analysis and growth measurement
• Experience shipping user-facing features at meaningful scale
• Bonus: B2B SaaS growth experience, familiarity with marketing platforms, side projects or independent shipping (including things like indie game development)
