🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business through customer meetings, references, leads, field visits and market activities.

• Sell Life Insurance products based on customer requirements and financial needs.

• Achieve monthly sales, premium and business targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Cross-sell and up-sell suitable insurance and financial products.

• Conduct regular customer follow-ups and meetings.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.

• Coordinate with branch, bank and internal teams for smooth policy processing.

• Maintain proper documentation and follow company sales and compliance processes.

👤 Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• 6 months to 5 years of experience in Insurance / Life Insurance / Banking / NBFC / Financial Services / Retail Sales.

• Candidates with experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, Agency, Direct Sales, Broker, Credit Life or other Insurance Sales can be considered depending on the requirement.

• Good communication, convincing and relationship-management skills.

• Strong sales and customer-handling ability.

• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.

• Candidates with good local market knowledge will be preferred.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence may be required for field-sales positions.

Insurance sales through banking, lending, housing finance and NBFC relationships.
