Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our Ahmedabad-based team for a full-time, direct hire position. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact our talent acquisition efforts within the non-IT sector. You will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and onboarding skilled professionals.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Extend offers of employment and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

• Graduation degree is required.
• Proven experience in recruitment and staffing agencies is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in non-IT hiring.
• Familiarity with various sourcing and interviewing techniques.
