Finance recruitment
ATS for finance and accounting recruitment agencies
An ATS for finance and accounting recruiters: confidential searches, a BD pipeline for new mandates, placement fees, commission splits and invoice PDFs with tax fields. Not SOC 2 certified and no background-screening integrations.
Claims last checked September 3, 2026
Finance and accounting desks are relationship businesses with long fee cycles. The same client comes back for a controller every eighteen months, and the fee on a single placement justifies real care in how the mandate is tracked.
Two things matter more here than in most verticals: winning the mandate in the first place, and getting paid correctly once the placement lands.
What slows this desk down
Business development lives in someone’s inbox
Prospective clients, warm intros and follow-up dates sit in a personal spreadsheet, so a mandate is lost when the account manager is on leave.
Fees and splits are calculated after the fact
The expected fee, who sourced and who managed the client, and the resulting split get reconstructed at invoicing time from memory and email.
Some searches cannot be visible to the whole team
A replacement search for a sitting CFO is confidential, and a recruiter browsing the job list should not stumble onto it.
Invoices need tax detail the ATS does not hold
Finance clients expect an invoice with correct tax identifiers, and the numbers then have to reach the accounting system without retyping.
What you get
Run business development as a tracked pipeline
A dedicated BD module with a prospect pipeline, owned by the business-development role — the commercial half of a split desk, with full client and fee visibility and read-only access to delivery.
Keep commercial detail away from the delivery team
Role-based access is enforced server-side. Recruiters get read-only clients with fees hidden and no BD visibility, so margin and prospect data stay with the commercial roles rather than relying on people not looking.
Track the fee, the split and the invoice
Expected placement fee per role, commission splits between sourcer and account manager, invoice PDFs carrying tax fields such as GSTIN as data, and a revenue view of what has been billed.
Get the numbers into the accounting system
Accounting CSV export shaped for Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books and Tally, so placements reach the ledger without rekeying. It is an export, not a live two-way sync.
Present a credible shortlist to a finance director
A client portal with AI-written briefs and side-by-side compare, either as a token link for a one-off shortlist or as authenticated logins for a client who hires regularly.
Reuse a specialist pool across repeat mandates
Semantic ranking of your own talent pool by fit and location, so the qualified accountants you spoke to last year surface against this year’s mandate instead of being re-sourced.
Where we are the wrong tool
Worth knowing before a trial rather than after one.
- Not SOC 2 certified. Financial-services clients frequently require this in a vendor security review, and we will not pass that line item today.
- No SSO or SAML. Access is email and password with role-based control, plus Google and Microsoft sign-in — not enterprise identity federation.
- No background-screening, credit-check or reference-check integrations. Those stay in your existing vendor relationships.
- Invoices carry tax fields as data; this is not a GST e-invoicing or IRN-generation product, and it is not a full accounting system.
- Charging is in INR through Razorpay. Other currencies can be displayed on the pricing page, but checkout is INR today.
Questions
Can recruiters be prevented from seeing client fees?
Yes, and it is enforced on the server rather than hidden in the interface. The recruiter role gets read-only client records with fees redacted and no access to the BD pipeline; commercial routes are restricted to the admin and business-development roles.
Does it track commission splits between consultants?
Yes. A placement records the expected fee and the split between the person who sourced the candidate and the person who owns the client, and that flows into the revenue view and the invoice.
Is there a SOC 2 report for our vendor review?
No. We are not SOC 2 certified. We can describe the controls we operate — tenant isolation with row-level security, encryption of stored secrets, audit logging, export and erasure tooling — but there is no certificate or report to submit.
Can we invoice clients from the system?
Yes. Placement invoices generate as PDFs with tax fields such as GSTIN carried as data, and placements export as accounting CSV for Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books or Tally. It is not a GST e-invoicing product.
