What we do
SohamRecruit is an applicant tracking system (ATS) for recruitment agencies and companies of any size. CVs go in from your inbox, folders and job pages; an AI agent ranks them against your jobs; and you share shortlists with clients and raise the placement invoice from the same place.
Why we built it
Many agencies still run on spreadsheets and email because good recruiting software is priced for large firms. We want every agency, from a one-person desk to a large team, to have tools that are simple, fairly priced and honest about what they do.
How we work
