What is SohamRecruit?
SohamRecruit is an AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment CRM built for recruitment agencies and staffing firms — from independent recruiters to teams of 25+ — launched in India first with INR pricing and sold worldwide.
Who is SohamRecruit for?
Recruitment agencies, staffing firms and independent recruiters who manage both clients and candidates. It suits small and mid-sized agencies best — roughly 1 to 25 recruiters — and also works for larger teams on Pro, which has no seat cap.
How much does SohamRecruit cost?
Lite ₹599 · Starter ₹999 · Pro ₹1,999 per seat / month in INR, or $7 · $12 · $24 in USD (billed via Razorpay). Every new company starts with a 30-day free trial with up to 5 users and no card.
Is there a free ATS plan or free trial?
30-day free trial — up to 5 users, 500 AI credits/mo, no candidate-count cap, no card. After the trial you choose Lite, Starter or Pro.
Does SohamRecruit include AI?
Core ATS + AI on every tier (AI inside monthly ops bundles, not unlimited); free AI CV parsing on Pro (fair use). AI is included in a monthly credit bundle on every plan; extra credits can be bought.
Does SohamRecruit have a client portal?
Token shortlist link + authenticated client users; AI briefs + side-by-side compare. Client user accounts and the hosted candidate portal are on Starter and above.
Can I message candidates on WhatsApp?
Yes. Every plan has one-tap WhatsApp and SMS buttons that open a ready-written message on the recruiter’s own phone or WhatsApp Web, and each message is logged on the candidate’s timeline. There is no per-message charge.
Does SohamRecruit support offer letters and e-signature?
Yes, on Starter and above. Offer letters include a free built-in e-signature page for the candidate; no separate e-sign subscription is needed.
Does SohamRecruit integrate with Zapier?
Yes. The SohamRecruit Zapier app (Starter and above) has triggers for new candidates, applications, stage changes, signed offers and new jobs, and actions to create or update candidates. The Data API and webhooks are on Pro.
Is SohamRecruit good for recruitment agencies in India?
It was launched in India first: prices are in INR per seat, it integrates with Naukri on Starter and above, candidate pages are available in Hindi, and privacy tools support DPDP-style requests.
How do I move from spreadsheets or another ATS?
Export candidates to CSV and import them, connect your mailbox for ongoing CV intake, then recreate open jobs. Setup is self-serve with no implementation fee.
What are SohamRecruit’s limitations?
Not SOC 2 certified. No temp / contract timesheet management. Billing is via Razorpay only (no Stripe): INR subscriptions in India, USD/EUR/GBP/SGD payment links elsewhere. The recruiter app interface is English; candidate-facing pages support six languages. A younger product with a smaller team than long-established vendors.
Can I cancel any time?
Self-serve subscribe/cancel in Billing; display currencies optional; charge in INR today. Subscriptions are monthly.
