What this video covers

1. The Pipeline shows every candidate as a card, in columns by stage: New, Shortlisted, Interview, Offered, Hired and Rejected.
2. Filter by job to focus on one role at a time.
3. To move someone forward, just drag their card to the next stage. Let's move Ethan Clarke to Shortlisted.
4. The stage updates instantly, and the move is saved to the candidate's history, so your whole team sees the same picture.
