What this video covers

1. Your Talent Pool keeps everyone who isn't in an active pipeline right now, so good people are never lost.
2. To search everyone, use the search bar on Candidates. Type a name, a skill, or any word from their CV.
3. Or just describe who you want in plain English, like: a backend developer with Java, in Singapore. The AI turns it into filters for you.
4. Filters narrow it down by location, skills, experience and expected salary.
5. Select candidates to email them, add them to a job, or edit them in bulk.
6. Next, let's email a group of candidates at once.
