Manage your profile, company configuration and teammates.
Your profile
The **Profile** page is yours — change your name and password, connect your email account, and toggle the email-send preview.
Company settings
The **Settings** page is for company-wide configuration: currency, timezone, custom fields, notification time and WhatsApp credentials. General company settings are company-admin only; WhatsApp settings and automations are open to recruiters too.
Branding
The **Company Profile** page holds your logo, contact details and social links — used on your public job board and client-facing pages.
Inviting teammates
Company admins invite recruiters and client contacts from the **Users** page. Each teammate gets their own login.
Exporting your data
A company admin can export all the company's data as a structured JSON file from Settings — useful for record-keeping or a data-access request.
