Résumés from your inbox
Resumes that arrive by email can flow into SohamRecruit automatically. Connect your mailbox (Gmail, Outlook, or any provider over IMAP) and SohamRecruit scans for messages with PDF or DOCX attachments.
How it works
- Each résumé attachment is parsed by AI into a structured candidate — name, contact, skills, experience, and more.
- New candidates are created automatically and matched against your database, so duplicates are collapsed rather than piling up.
- An opt-in **email-history backfill** can sweep older messages too, with pause / resume controls.
Setup
Connect your mailbox from the **Settings** or **Profile** page (see "Connecting your email"). Once connected, intake runs in the background — no manual step per résumé.
