The pipeline board

The **Pipeline** page is a Kanban-style board. Each column is a hiring stage; each card is a candidate's application to a job.

The stages

• **New** — just applied or shortlisted.
• **Shortlisted** — passed your first screen.
• **Interview** — in the interview process.
• **Offered** — an offer is on the table.
• **Placed** — hired. This is a closed, successful outcome.
• **Rejected** — closed without a placement.

Moving candidates

Drag a card from one column to another to change its stage. Stage changes are recorded in the candidate's activity timeline and can trigger workflow automations.

Active vs inactive

Candidates in New, Shortlisted, Interview or Offered are "active". Candidates whose every application is Placed or Rejected — or who have no applications — move to the Talent Pool automatically.
