Bulk-uploading resumes
Upload many resumes at once and let AI extract candidate details for you.
What bulk upload does
Bulk upload accepts multiple PDF or DOCX resumes in one go. Each file is parsed by AI to extract the name, contact details, skills, experience and more — so you do not type anything.
How to do it
- Open **Bulk Upload** from the sidebar.
- Drag in your resume files (PDF or DOCX, up to 10 MB each).
- Each resume is parsed, de-duplicated against your existing candidates, and matched against your open jobs.
- Review the results — successful imports become candidates immediately.
If a file fails
If a resume cannot be read well enough — no usable name and no email or phone — it is rejected with a clear "we couldn't read this resume" message rather than creating an empty profile. Re-export the resume as a clean PDF and try again.
De-duplication
Bulk upload checks every resume twice: an exact match on email or phone, then an AI check for likely duplicates by name and experience. Duplicates are flagged so you do not get two profiles for the same person.
