Add candidates with AI CV parsing

What this video covers

1. Every candidate lives in one place: Candidates. You can add people one by one, import a spreadsheet, or, fastest of all, upload their CVs in bulk.
2. Open Bulk upload. You can drop up to twenty-five PDF or Word résumés at once.
3. Let's add two CVs, and click Upload and create.
4. SohamRecruit's AI reads each résumé and creates the candidate for you: name, contact details, skills, experience and current company. It also flags duplicates, so nobody is added twice.
5. Right away, you see which of your open jobs the first new candidate fits best.
6. Open a profile to check what the AI filled in. Fix anything you like, right on the page.
