What this video covers

1. Let's post a job. Go to Jobs, and click Post job.
2. Type the job title and the location. Add more than one location if it's a multi-city role.
3. Set the salary range, the work mode, and the experience you're looking for. These help candidates and AI matching alike.
4. No job description yet? Describe the role in a sentence, and let the AI helper write a full description for you. Apply it, and edit any word you like.
5. Keep List on career page switched on, so the job appears on your public careers site. Click Post job. Hiring for a client? Pick them here. Hiring for your own company? Just skip.
6. Your job is live on your careers page. Copy a tracked link to share on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or anywhere candidates are. SohamRecruit even suggests people already in your talent pool who match.
