Auto-import CVs from your mailbox

What this video covers

1. Want every CV that lands in your inbox to become a candidate on its own? Open your Profile, and find Connect your mailbox.
2. Pick your email provider. Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo, Zoho, iCloud, or any other mailbox. We fill in the server settings for you.
3. Click Get your app password, create one in your email account, and paste it here. Gmail and Outlook need two-step verification turned on.
4. Tick Also receive mail, then Save. We test the connection before saving it, and the password is stored encrypted.
5. From then on, your mailbox is checked every five minutes. CV attachments are read by AI and added as candidates, and duplicates are skipped.
6. Want your older CVs too? Choose how far back to scan, up to five years, and save. Next, the desktop sync app.
