What this video covers

  1. Keep CVs in folders on your computer? The SohamRecruit desktop app imports them for you. Open Setup, then Integrations, and find Desktop Sync App.
  2. Download it for Windows, Mac, or Linux. The first time, Windows may show a warning. Click More info, then Run anyway.
  3. Open the app and click Login. Your browser signs you in with your normal SohamRecruit account. No separate account is needed.
  4. Click Add Folder, and choose the folders where your CVs are saved, like Downloads or a CVs folder.
  5. The app watches those folders. Every new PDF or Word CV is read by AI and added as a candidate. Duplicates are skipped automatically.
  6. Pause syncing anytime. The app updates itself, and works on every plan. Next, importing CVs by forwarding emails.
