Reports: charts at a glance

What this video covers

1. How is your hiring going? Click Reports in the menu. It opens on the Charts tab, for a quick answer.
2. The top cards show applicants, hires, average time to hire, and open jobs.
3. The pipeline funnel shows how many candidates reach each stage, and where people drop out. Time in stage shows where things slow down.
4. Source effectiveness tells you which sources bring candidates who get shortlisted and hired.
5. Change the period, or pick one job, to compare. Every table can be downloaded as CSV. Next, building your own data table.
