What this video covers

1. Screen candidates before the interview with a short online test. Open Assessments, and click New assessment.
2. Pick the job, give the test a title, and set a time limit and pass mark.
3. Add questions: multiple choice, or written answers. Mark the right answer for each one.
4. Send the test link to candidates. Multiple-choice answers are scored automatically, and results appear on the candidate's profile.
