Navigating the app

The sidebar

Every page lives behind a sidebar link. On mobile, tap the menu icon in the top bar to open the drawer.

Key areas

• **Dashboard** — pipeline funnel, placements, revenue and interview stats at a glance.
• **Candidates** — every active candidate, with a 17+ filter advanced search.
• **Pipeline** — a drag-and-drop board to move candidates between stages.
• **Jobs** — your job postings and the public job board links.
• **Clients** — the companies you recruit for.
• **Interviews / Follow-ups** — your scheduling and task lists.
• **Revenue / Performance** — placement fees and recruiter scorecards.
• **Talent Pool** — passive candidates not currently on any active job.
• **Settings** — company configuration, email connection and automations.

Finding a candidate fast

Open **Candidates** and use the search box or the advanced filters (skills, location, CTC, tags and more). The same advanced search is available on the Talent Pool page.
