Raising a support ticket
Report a bug or request a feature and track its status.
When to raise a ticket
If something is broken, or you want a feature that does not exist, raise a ticket. Browse this help center first — many "how do I…" questions are answered here.
How to raise one
- Open **Support** from the sidebar.
- Choose **Bug report** or **Feature request**.
- Give it a short subject and a clear description. For a bug, include what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Attach a screenshot (optional, up to 5 MB) — it helps a lot.
After you submit
Your ticket goes straight to the team. You can see all your tickets and their status — Open, In progress or Resolved — on the same Support page. You will get an email when the status changes.
