Troubleshooting common problems
Quick fixes for the issues new users hit most often.
"We couldn't read this resume"
The resume could not be parsed into a usable name plus an email or phone. Re-export it as a clean, text-based PDF (not a scanned image) and upload again.
Email will not send
Sending is blocked until an email account is connected. Open **Settings** and connect Gmail, Outlook or SMTP. If you connected before and it stopped working, the stored token may have expired — reconnect the account.
I was signed out unexpectedly
Sessions expire for security. Just sign in again. If it keeps happening, check that your browser allows cookies for the site.
A candidate disappeared from my list
They probably moved to the **Talent Pool** — that happens automatically when every application is Placed or Rejected. Shortlist them to a job to bring them back.
AI features stopped working
You may have hit your hourly or daily AI quota. It resets at the top of the hour and at UTC midnight. Bulk upload still works with a keyword fallback in the meantime.
Login is locked
Too many failed password attempts triggers a temporary 15-minute lockout. Wait it out, or use **Forgot password** to reset.
