What follow-ups are
A follow-up is a dated task tied to a candidate or a client — "call back", "chase feedback", "send offer letter". They live on the **Follow-ups** page.
Reminders
At your company's configured notification time each day, SohamRecruit emails you about follow-ups that are overdue or due today, so nothing slips.
Automatic follow-ups
The system can create follow-ups for you. A daily "stuck stage" scan finds applications that have not moved for a while (7 days by default) and auto-creates a follow-up task so you act on stalled candidates.
