Creating a job
Open **Jobs** and create a posting. A job carries the title, description, the client it is for, and the placement fee arrangement.
The public job board
Every tenant has a public job board that candidates can browse without logging in. Each job also has its own public detail page with an application form.
- Share the public job link anywhere — LinkedIn, job boards, your website.
- Applications submitted there go through a reCAPTCHA check before being saved.
- Public applications appear in your pipeline just like internally added candidates.
Managing many jobs
Use **Jobs → Manage** for bulk job management when you are running several openings at once.
