Posting jobs and the public job board

Creating a job

Open **Jobs** and create a posting. A job carries the title, description, the client it is for, and the placement fee arrangement.

The public job board

Every tenant has a public job board that candidates can browse without logging in. Each job also has its own public detail page with an application form.

• Share the public job link anywhere — LinkedIn, job boards, your website.
• After you create a job, a **publish sheet** lets you list it on your career page and copy a tracked apply link per board (LinkedIn, Foundit, Shine, Apna, Instahyre, Hirist). **Share** on LinkedIn opens LinkedIn’s share dialog with that tracked link already filled in. Applicants who use that link land in your ATS tagged with the board they came from. After you post, **Mark as posted** so the job shows as Posted on that board — or skip it: an applicant who used the tracked link counts as posted automatically.
• On **Jobs → Manage**, **Career page** / **Hidden** / **LinkedIn** (when marked) / **Post** chips under a job title open **Where this job is posted**.
• Applications submitted there go through a reCAPTCHA check before being saved.
• Public applications appear in your pipeline just like internally added candidates.

Managing many jobs

Use **Jobs → Manage** for bulk job management when you are running several openings at once.
