Working with vendor partners (Partner Network)
Invite sub-vendors, share jobs with them, and how the 90-day ownership rule works.
What Partner Network is
Partner Network is how a SohamRecruit agency works with vendor and sub-agency partners. You invite their company, share the jobs you want them on, and they submit candidates from their own portal. They never see your ATS, your clients, or your candidate database.
Pro and the free trial include 10 partner companies, with 3 portal logins each. On Pro, extra companies are a paid add-on from Partner Network.
Invite a partner
Company admins invite partners in either place:
- Vendors in the sidebar (Partner Network) — click Add vendor, name the company, open it, and invite up to 3 people by name and email.
- Users & roles (Users) — click Add user, set the role to Vendor partner, then pick an existing partner company or type a new one.
The invite emails a sign-in code. Partner logins are not billable seats.
Share a job
Open the partner under Partner Network. In Shared jobs, choose a job and click Share. Partners only see jobs you have shared. The client name stays hidden unless you reveal it, and a confidential client is never revealed.
Submissions and the 90-day rule
A partner submits a candidate with a résumé (PDF or DOCX), notice period, expected pay, and a confirmation that they have the right to represent the person.
The first valid submission owns that candidate on that job for 90 days. A later submission of the same person is a conflict — the later partner is told they were not first, and is not told who was.
Open Conflicts to compare the two. You can keep the first owner, transfer ownership, split the credit, or reject the later submission. Add a short reason and confirm. The decision is kept.
The Ownership window on that page is 90 days by default. Company admins can change it there.
Where partners sign in
Partners sign in at Vendor login with the code from their invite email. The company sign-in page has the same link: Vendor / partner login.
