Recording a placement
When a candidate is hired, move their application to the **Placed** stage. The placement carries the fee arrangement set on the job.
Revenue tracking
The **Revenue** page aggregates your placement fees — invoiced, paid and pending. The **Clients** detail page breaks revenue down per client.
Invoice follow-up
If a placement stays in the "invoiced" state past a configured number of days, an "invoice overdue" automation event fires so you can chase payment.
Performance
The **Performance** page is a recruiter scorecard — placements, time-to-hire and conversion rates per recruiter.
